Grin and bear it
I heard previously that some GC applicants out of work managed to file unemployment benefits. I dont have anything against this and I think its just proper since they already paid a substantial amount of tax that the government benefitted from. But, as I have mentioned before, the law of the land is biased against the immigrants, regardless of whether they contributed to the growing of the economy or not. I guess you could go ahead but you could be joepardizing the status of your GC application, since you are revealing federally tht you are unemployed and the GC application law says you should be employed by hook or by crook at the time they are abjudicating your case which could be the time when recession is full-blown and everybody is getting laid-off. Now isnt that an ideal time to get rid of immigrants competing against the useless, lazy, bitching citizen which doesnt want immigrants in the first place, even though those are the same people that paid for their welfare when the economy is in boom?
