Hello,

I have applied my I-140 without con-current filing in June 03. Now or after few month, Will it be possible for me to apply my I-140 as "Con-Current" filing?

Thanks.

If u file for 485 before u get ur 140 approval, it is called concurrent filing.
As u have filed ur 140 already, u can file ur 485 anytime u want.

How do 485 person knows weather i140 approved or not?

m78768: you need copy of I-140 filing receipt attach it with I-485 and you can also file for EAD and AP

ABC111: “How do 485 person knows weather i140 approved or not?”
---- Employer or lawyer gets the copy of approved I-140 from BCIS and if you have I-140 filing receipt then you can check with the receipt # on BCIS Online
