Can I change My Name at Oath Ceremony?

Hi everyone,

I passed the interview for Naturalization in July 09, 2009. However, I did not request for a name change during my interview. Now, I'm thinking of changing my name. I will have oath ceremony in August 28, 2009 that will take place in a court. My question is, can I request name change in the oath ceremony?
 
Requesting it at oath wouldn't leave enough time for them to change your name on documentation. You could try asking at oath (or before via Infopass) to see if you can still put your request in, but expect for you oath to have to be rescheduled if they accommodate your name change request this late into the process.
 
If you want to change it during oath, you would have to mention it in N400. Changing it after passing the interview is next to impossible as they prepare Naturalization certificates in advance for oath day.
