Can I change jobs without interruption to 485?

Hello GC Experts,

Request your opinion with my situation:

I have a pending 485 (applied in Aug 2007) with 140 approved (May 2009) and a priority date of May 2003.

I have been working with my current employer since Jan 2005 (5 yrs completed).

Prior to the approval of 140 I had two RFEs requiring addl. documentation. I also had one RFE for 485 which ahs been submitted since Jul 2009.

I would like to know if I can change my job without interrupting the Green card process under the AC21 option and does it risk my green card process?
