Can i change from EB3 to EB2 ? After receiving PERM/Labor in EB3 Category ?

Hi All,
I applied for Labor/PERM in EB3 category. unknowingly I have applied in EB3 category instead of EB2, but am eligible for EB2 category ( my qualification is Graduation in Bachelors of Commerce (B,Com 3 years) and Masters MBA(2 yrs) from India.
Note: I received PERM (labor) in EB3 category recently.
I have 5 yrs of work Experience after MBA (Masters)
My few questions are:
1) AM I eligible for EB2?
2) Can I change my category from EB3 to EB2?
3) At what stage I can change category from EB3 to EB2 (for e.g.: 140 or 485 level?)
4) What is the eligibility for applying in EB2 and EB3 category?
Can anyone help me on this?

Even if you qualify for EB2 from an education aspect (master's degree), the job position should require a master degree for applying EB2. (i.e.) even if one has a Ph.D degree, if the job requires a high school diploma, then you cannot apply for EB1 or EB2

What level of education and years of experience are required for the job?

You might be able to redo the labor certification for EB2, if the qualifications for the job are high enough.
