Can I be a Full Time Student on EAD????

I am on EAD now and my question is:

I have an opportunity to join a reputed MBA school.Can I be a Full-Time student on EAD?


Can this affect my EAD or Green Card process in any way?

If yes,then how can my GC process be affected?

It depend on many variables
1- Are you principal or derivative for the GC application
2- What type of application (employment vs family)
3- Many institutions will not accept EAD from students

You do not need an EAD to study, only to work. But if you are an EB applicant it may cause USCIS to question your intent to work for your sponsor, or deny your I-485.
