this may be a stupid question but why would you want to reapply for something you've already won?

From previous posts, its seems quite okay to reapply, especially if you have a high case number for your region.

I couldn't see why not. Though I'm a DV2008 winner, I did apply for the DV2009 only because my case number is considered to be in the higher side (obviously I fail to win again heheh)

definitely should apply again. Nobody is guaranteed to get a DV visa, so you never know.

I recommend that you should apply again.
When you are issued a us visa, is a warranty.
