Can I apply GC through my employeer if my spouce has already filed through marriage?

Gurus,

I am married to a US Permanent Resident who filed for my GC through marriage. I am currently on a student visa but already have a job lined up.

- Can I file another case with the INS through my employeer? And if I do so would I have to withdraw the existing case filled through marriage.

Would appreicate advice, comments, suggestions and similar experience.

Yes you can. At 485 stage You have to start using EAD for employment. It is also advisable to go for CP (preferably employment based GC) in one of them, to cover all bases.
