Can I mail in my application for an H1 visa and an application for my wife's H4 to the Consulate, using the drop-box facility, at the same time or do I have to do it sequentially ?
I hope you bothmay have to go to Consulate to apply for H1 and H4 visa, recently new instructions are given to consulates that everybody should attend interview.
If you are sending passport to Department in US for H1 and H4 revalidation then you can send both the passports and related documents in one envelope and it is taking minimum 3 months to get you passports back from Department of state in US
