can i apply for J1/H1B visa?

Hi guys. I have a question here. I am a conditional permanent resident. I am going through some hard time right now. For some reason if I am not able to remove my conditional status,
1. Can I get Educational commission for foreign medical graduates (ECFMG) sponsored J1 visa?
2. Can I get H1B visa?

you will not be able to get J-1 visa because you have to prove non-immigrant intent. Being an immigrant...
you can try to get H1b.

Better yet, go to counseling with your spouse.

Even if the marriage falls apart, as long as you can prove that you entered into it with good faith, your conditions will be removed.
