Can i Apply for AC21 - Ginnu or any kind friend

I applied for concurrent 140/485 in Dec 2004, laid off in Jan 2005, Got EAD and 140 was approved 6 months later. Working for a reputed company in a similar position.

Should I apply for AC21, I talked with my lawyer, he said, he was not sure, it is better to wait and see.

Will it be a problem if I use AC21 as I was not employed with the same compnay when my 140 got approved.

------NO. FYI GC is for future job . you can be working with A and B can file LC for you and then I-140.
** when your employer filed I-140 he had the intent to hire you and you filed I-485 and that time you had the Intent to work for that employer. you are eligible for AC21
