Can I apply Electronical DV lottery 2008

One, friend of mine, told I can apply DV lottery 2008 even I applied asylum three years ago as well as I am not granted yet.

I'll have first Immigration court in next month, and now my family lives in my homecountry.

What do you think, Am I eligible to apply ecectronic Green Card lottery for next year ( it's due December 3rd 2006, I have just couple days to fill up for that)?

Yes, as long as your country is listed as one of the eligible countries, you can
 
A family I know actully won it.
They had applied for asylum, had been denied it and were appealing.

When they went for the DV interview and were asked about this the officer immediately ened it there.

THat is cool, I am having lots of difficultis in asylum case since 2003, nobody wants to listen to me... no answer, no court... etc.

Last 3-4 years lots of people have been winnig DV lottery, because of USA give many Winer place to my homecountry( impotrant country for the US).

Might be God bless and I might be deserved for Green Card, God is the most Merciful and Graciful
