Can I apply 90 days before 5 years period and travel in that period?

I received by GC 5 years in Sept. and I would like to apply for naturalization in July and to travel in Europe in August. Is this possible or do I need to way for the end of Sep to apply? How long does this process take?

Yes, that is not a problem as long as you don't interrupt continuous residence by staying outside the US for 6 months.

I received GC 4.5 years ago. but dutin this years I visited US once per year, just not to loose my GC.
Is it possible to apply citizenship in my case?

Since your situation is different from what was originally posted on this Thread, you really ought to have started your own.

To answer your question, you haven't met the citizenship requirements. You will most definitely be denied if you apply.
