Can H4 be revalidated in US when Principal Applicants H1B does not have visa stamped?

hi ,


please let me know asap ... my brother came here on b1 , got transferred to h1, his wife and son applied for h4 in india and got their visas stamped in the passport. Now can their visas be revalidated in US even though if would not be possible to revalidate my brothers visa in the US?

For business contacts etc on DS156 , do I write N/A (not applicable).

I think it should be possible to get H4 revalidated here in US. Not applicable is okay.
