Dear Friends

I know GC holder can file for spouse and childerens to come to US.

But Does GC holder can file for Siblings (borhters and sisters) to come to USA or not.

I think it is limited to citizens only, but just wanted to make sure.

Can experienced and senior members give their reply on above issue.

Any US citizen can file for spouse and children. A US citizen who is 21 or older can also file for parents and siblings

A permanent resident (Green Card Holder) can only petition for
a) Spouse and
b) Unmarried children of any age.

This is not a matter for opinion and I don't see what the so-called "senior members" could tell you that is different from what Micronesia said.

There is NO provision for green card holders to file immigrant petitions on behalf of their siblings. Only US citizens can do this and even then the sibling beneficiary would have to endure waits exceeding 10 years before their priority dates become current.
