My husband had been in US for past 10 years we got married and i moved from india to US then he filed GC for me.

We both got the GC soon and it had been 3 years now.

I am planning to proceed with a Divorce,
can he reject my GC since he filed it for me?

we had been married for last 6 years and we got the GC 3 years back.

He can't reject or cancel your green card.

But if USCIS sees evidence to indicate it was a sham marriage, they can initiate revocation. Given that you have been married for more than 3 years, that is very unlikely, unless you separated from him very soon after getting the GC.

"We" got the GC? You mean both you and he got the GC around the same time? In other words, he didn't file a direct petition for you; you were attached to his GC process as a derivative beneficiary?

If that is the case, that makes it even less likely that your GC would be in trouble as a result of divorce. USCIS almost never attacks the validity of the marriage for green cards that were issued to derivative beneficiaries.
