Can Anybody Answer If Cap Will Be Removed?

Well! Your question is really funny. You know the answer you are going to get but you do not want to hear it.... :)

Everybody here can guess but no guarantees.
 
ayyubov has always asked or made silly comments..Like asylum granted by Immigration Judges get their GC faster..Go figure!...He is asking another forum member to tell him if cap will be removed but no GUESSES....we are all members of the senate right?

Heck, even a Senator would NOT know how the parliamentary process will play out.

I'm new here, but regarding getting GC faster when asylum granted by Immigration Judge is interesting matter. Some of the people on other threads mentioned that the way INS is working, hmm, quite interesting I should say, means there is no definite answer as with everything else. My case was approved by Immigration Judge and when I just filed i485 online case status says "It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case". I maybe wrong, I understand it don’t mean approval.

That is a standard message that every I-485 filer get.

Thanks God u r not a lawmaker. I'm asking because the pervious threads where one person said it was lifted and another not. If u don't know the answer just don't answer; nobody needs ur mean attitude.
 
Well look who is talking. And how many times u were banned from this forum and changed ur nickname??? I wonder how people like u getting asylum in a first place. There should be no place for as...s in USA.
