Can an assyle start an S coorporation before green card

I read the requirement of S-coorporation and it says you need to be a permenant resident or citizen, I know assyle can open an LLC but what about S-coorporation,
Does any one have any expereince, I am not permanent resident yet.

If I am not wrong, you can open a LLC and choose to be taxed as a S Corp.
