Can all May filers who are still waiting approval get together?

Approved after RFE (med)

Just heard on AVM. Hopefully, it is true.
Approved on March 25 for me, wife and child. Waiting for approval notice.

called IIO at this time

Was told that the case is still pending. It has not yet been assigned to an officer. Processing May Cases at this time. Ask me to call back after 30-60 days. I hope this information helps to all may filers waiting for approval.

Spoke with an IIO this morning

Basically got the same answer as Mission Mission. Case not assigned yet, give it another 30 days.

I asked them why they claim they are processing May\'s cases but my case is still not assigned, she said: There are a lot of cases, and each day the officer get thousands of cases on their desk, so it takes a while to get my turn.

The only positive thing she mentioned is that my case will be assigned any day soon. Wish that can really happen soon.
