Can a GC holder apply to sponsor a particular nanny from overseas?

I am a GC holder. I was wondering if I can apply to sponsor a nanny to come to the US to take care of my kids.

I know a certain nanny that worked with us before. Would I be able to apply for some kind of visa for her to come to the US and work for me?

If so, what forms do I need to file? and how long does it normally take?
