Is anyone able to get through TSC phone, it used to take 1/2 hour but atleast it used connect. Since last week even after trying for an hour I could not get through. Anyone with same expereince?
After the first ring, the phone went silent. For couple of times I redialed. Then I decided to wait on the line until I hear at least the hang up and redial message.
After 5 minutes I heard the INS greeting (All agents are currently busy.. press 1 for autoamted system)!!
My wait was 62 minutes after that until I was able to speak to an agent!!!
This was today (Nov. 2) Morning 8.40 AM EST

Can you tell me what phone# you are calling to get through the texas service center? I have been dialing 1-214-381-1423 and this # is constantly busy, Fax # is always busy always I\'m using 1-214-767-7409
Can anyone help me?
