Calling FBI to know the status of Finger Printing

Hello Friends
What are the questions we should ask, when we call the FBI to know the status of Finger Printing? And also what type of answer we can expect from them?

Question: "I would like to know the status of my fingerprints sent in by USCIS"

Answer: "Your prints have been processed and results sent back to USCIS" or " Your prints were rejected due to poor quality. USCIS will send you a new FP notice"

Called FBI to know the FP status

Just called FBI, they told FBI has sent the results back to the USCIS on Dec17th, that is within 24 hours after Finger Printing.
