I called VSC yesterday at first Automated system can not find my case number so I got transfered to Customer service rep.
They do not give any extra information other then what your online case status shows. I asked her about name check she would not say if it is cleared or not. She said if I do not hear anything in 98 days I should give them call back.
any one have same experience?
