Broken continuous residency due to education

Hello everyone,

I have been reading through threads and have seen people talking about citizenship after breaking continuous residency due to education. Here is my entry exit periods

GC - 2007 (came to us)

went abroad to study 11 months

Came back to us and stayed 9 months

Abroad for study 2 months

Came back to us and stayed 6 months

went abroad to study 4 months

Came back to us and stayed 2 months

went abroad to study 17 months

i have had 33 months physical presence al together

I have never had a job abroad.

All the time I was in the US I have had a job / part time

All my travel were only for education, my bachelors and master. I have also studied here and completed 2 quarters for associates too and have some certs from here in IT. I am also preparing for other certs so as to advance in my career. I will be here and want to make a career now.

Right now I am in a full time job.
If I apply after 1 year from now for citizenship and show all documents and degrees related to my education, will I be granted citizenship ??

else I will be able to apply in 2016 according to 4 year 1 day rule... My all trip abroad were on for my studies...

Due to the 17 month trip, you'll have to wait 4 years and 1 day past your return (which I assume will be in 2016). You shouldn't have a problem once you wait it out.

Only the physical presence in the last 5 years before the filing date is counted. It looks like you may have less than 30 months of presence in the past 5 years.

For absences longer than a year, you automatically break continuous residence and you don't get the opportunity to show documents to counteract that (unless you meet one of the few exceptions such as serving in the US military or working for a US company with an approved N-470). That 17 month stay abroad made you ineligible until you wait 4 years and 1 day after the end of that trip.
