Hello.

I entered the United States at the age of 8months under my mothers British Passport, Legally.

We are over stays, we have stayed beyond the given 3 months.

I am currently 17years old.
I have a British passport, no stamps, no green-card.
I have a Social Security card, with a stamp on it that says its not valid for work, but its over the SSC number.

I am a normal student, doing good, clean record, A+ Certified, Copper Cabling Certified, Cisco Certified.

Have been living in the Bronx NY for all my life, and on my way to college.

Is there any hope out there for me to obtain any legal citizenship, or green-card, or a drivers license?

I just want to live my life normally, I personally have done nothing wrong.

My younger sister (age 15) is totally fine. US Citizen, she was born here in America.
My parents are both illegal.

What can I do?
Thank You so much for your help.

If you leave before your 18th birthday you will not be subject to a ban. You can obtain an education in the UK and then apply for an H1B visa or once your sister is old enough to petition for a GC for you you can try that route. She won't be able to petition for your parents since they are subject to a 10 year ban.

Thank you for the reply.

Some addition information..

Mom was born in Africa at time of British Rule.
Dad was born in India.
Sister was born in US.
I was born in London England 1991.

No. Why would the US reward people for breaking the law? Amnesties have been granted in the past, but it seems this time around the voters had just about enough of that.

They are actually Indians. I strongly belive that it is high time to deny citizenship to people without green card or citizenship parents. Of course all are going to say, I am nice etc. etc.
