bringing wife on GC how long does it take?

hey some one tell me if you can bring your wife on green card lets say a guy have a green card i know he can bring his wife but how long does it take months? years? and whats the process of that? plz some one gotta have this info:confused:
 
It depends on the Country of the immigrant.. I believe for Mexico is about 7 years. I was just giving worst case scenario ;)
