I hv my I-140 approved and EAC received. Waiting for my i-485 to be approved. I don't have H1-Visa. Can i bring my mother from india at this stage?

I hv my I-140 approved and EAC received. Waiting for my i-485 to be approved. I don't have H1-Visa. Can I bring my mother from India at this stage?
------ She can only visit you on Visitor visa if approved by US consulate, check the B visa thread for support documents from your side. Most important is to prove her ties to India, like bank account, Property in her name, other family members being in India, having home on her name, if doing job then it also helps. For Visa officer every person who applies for Visitor visa has immigration intent, your mother have to prove that she has no intent to immigrate and has ties in India and will return back to India, generally those who are above 60-65 years old are granted visa if they satisfy the visa officer. Your having H1 visa stamp does not matter as you have filed I-485 and your status is AOS pending
