Bringing My wife to the USA

hello eveyone, iam filling an application to bring my
wife to the usa Iam us citizent and iam already in the last stages of the process
where i have to send the form I-864
but since iam doing everything but myself i have a few question, hopelly
somebody can be so kind and try to help me:

1.- i would like to know once we go to the final interview and everything
goes fine there what would be her status from the point on?will she get her permanent resident card at
the moment?

2.- if she does not get the permanent card, how long do we have to wait for her to become a permanent
resident.

3.- do we need to fill more forms in the future, for her to become a resident.

no, she will get an immigrant visa

the visa will be good for 6 months. As soon as she enters on it, she becomes a permanent resident.

no. however, if your marriage is under two years old AT THE TIME OF HER ENTRANCE on her immigrant visa, she will be a conditional resident, and you will have to remove the conditions later.
 
When you file I-130 and it is about to get approved, then the NVC will send you the I-864 and information packet to fill out.

You will then fill out 864 and send it back to NVC in the US. They will inspect all your docs and send it across to your home country as specified in the I-130.

When the consulate has everything, they will call your wife for Interview. Then after the Interview, if the consulate needs any additional docs, you just give to your wife directly and no longer to the NVC.
