Both (k3-i130) approved

I just got notice of approval for both I130 and K3. At this point , I would like to pursue I130 only.
How do I cancel K3 (I29F)?
Who do I need to call to cancel, is it National Visa Center?

Please let me know.

You don't need to do anything. The State Department announced on its website that they will simply proceed with the I-130 in that case. Even if the K-3 had begun it would be converted to the I-130 if it arrived later.
