FYI

Green card replacement was needed for a really old green card, I-90 submitted.

I submitted around April 13th.
About two weeks later, I went in for a FP.

On June 19th, I got a notice that my I-90 application was approved.

Replacement Green Card arrived yesterday, June 28, 2006.

1 what was the reason for card replacement ?
2 did you file I-90 with Boston Local USCIS? or with vermont service

1) I had an original 1972 Green Card :) Yes, I have been in this country that long without applying for citizenship. I wanted to update my green card so that I could apply for US citizenship, which I have done. US citizenship application was filed early April 2006.

When you grow up here, and go to school here, you feel american, except for the fact you can't vote. Voting became more of an issue due to local politics, like voting on things in my local town. Retirement and Social Security was another issue.

2) Applied online and it went to Vermont.
