FLC Data updated

Guys,

FLC data has been updtaed till the end of Year 2004 ( Oct to sept period is considered DOL/State year at least for this FLC update). You can view using Microsoft Access or can import to SQL Database. Once you get it ,do the data digging. It looks like If you are EB3/ NON RIR and filed after 05/2003 then you are still stuck in state queue. It was very quick analysis. I may be wrong so do not start bashing me. :p

I request you all to analyze and come up with interesting facts and predictions.

Following is the link and just click on '2004'. Enjoy digging. ;)

Status Update

At last I could reach the Boston DOL (0151 -Thanx to MNGUY). Here are the details.

State filed from: NH.
Type: RIR.
Reached Boston DOL: March 16th 2005.
Currently Boston DOL is processing: Jan 2005.
Time to get to my case: Atleast 8 weeks.

Question: How do we know if the case is a EB2 or EB3?? (Other than asking the employer or lawyer). Boston DOL has no knowledge of it.

Is it not true that the cases sent to all DOL's after march31 2005 are shipped to the backlog reduction centers? just wondering how the boston DOL is processing. Any one has any thoughts?

Phone Number to Call

Does any one know the phone number of Boston DOL to check the status?
do they responed?

thanks

Labor cleared Mass/EB-3/Non-RIR (also EB-2)

04-04-2005 Received LC Approval Notice
12-02-2004 Received Transmittal Notice of LC to DOL
11-29-2004 Sent from SWA to DoL
09-27-2004 Final Documentation filed with SWA
01-14-2003 Priority date (SWA)

My company got 4 approval yestarday (surprisingly, two EB2 and 2 EB3 got approved on same day). All above mentioned dates are very similar for all 4 cases. So I guess there is no difference in processing of EB3 and EB2. All were non-RIR though.

First thing I am doing after receiving the mail from HR is posting to this thread. I realize how importent all these good news are for people waiting for labor.

Wish you all best of luck.

kewl

congr8s!! Thanks for the update.
