Looks like bad days are back for IT, 5 NOF\'s for software on 5/20

There were 5 NOF\'s for software engineer\'s on 5/20/02. Note that all these were from major IT shops. And that too DOL took only 4 days to decide. Wow thats not good !! Lets hope for the best.

Wow, when iceman puts it like that, it sure looks gloomy.
All the thrill from SunRay\'s post of seeing those huge numbers disappears in a hurry.

CT SESA to DOL

Can you guys please tell me how long will it take to enter into the Boston DOL\'s system once it leaves SESA.. Thanks in advance

The time it takes to get from SESA to DOL depends on various factors :

1. Mailing time
2. Processing time

IMHO it is somewhere from 1 - 3 weeks no longer than that.
 
But that is not the case with MA SESA

there are people who have been waiting for 2-3 months and their case has not yet entered the DOL.

I have been waiting in SESA for more than 11 months and its not moved to Boston DOL (checked with Boston DOL). How is it moving to DOL in 1-3 weeks? I think am so special.
 
MA SESA

That is right pv, I guess MA SESA is a little different in sense that it informs your attorney after being approved before going to DOL.
