My PD date is April, 20th and I work for EMC too. ANy idea if anyone has got an labor approval lately. Also what is the next step that the conmpany takes after getting a NOF??

Application was forwarded from NH SESA to Boston DOL. Do state SESA application go on their own tracks at the DOL or all of them are to follow the same traffic pattern? Will NH SESA and MA SESA have diff times taken for DOL approval now? Or same?

My PD is 04/17/2001. I just came to know from my lawyer that my case was forwarded from SESA to regional on 09/25/2001. He also states that currently the regional office is processing the cases forwarded to them as of 03/2001 to 04/2001. Rahul bhai, may I know my status . Your help in this regard will be greatly be appreciated.
Is it possible for you to give a list of all the cases for RCG in regional.

Question for Rahul

Sorry if my earlier question was not clear. Does the Boston DOL office handle all the applications from the regional SESA offices together? Or applications from each state are scrutinized separately?

For an example, if there are lots of applications from MA SESA ... will that slow down the processing of the few NH SESA applications?
