Boston DOL Region- - I tracker Part III

It could be ..but i tracked few cases and its taking almost a Year
for cases with Priority dates around March 2001 cases ...
Based on these algorithm i expected my approval around 19th March 2002. It works for me .I got my LC Approved on 21 March 2002.

talking about Processing based on PD its taking 4 months and Based
on RD its taking 8 months

Approximate Time for LC Approval (2001 cases)=4 months at MA SESA + 8 months at DOL.

MA SESA 4 months?

not if you file around April 2001. My priority date is April 30 2001 and right now I still don\'t know where my case is.

Hope SESA and DOL really pick up.
 
MY LC Status via 617-5652191

Hi,

Thanks to Rahul, Jeff, I called up on 617 - 5652191 and found that my LC was proccessed from NH and sent Boston Regional Office and has the date of receipt in Boston office of Oct22, 2001. It was done in EB2 RIR

I hope I have sufficient time before my H1 expires... any comments.

WOW! So fast ....

My PD in MA SESA is 10th May 2001 and still I don\'t know whether it went to Boston DOL or not? If it has went, what is my RD? I tried all ways to find this information but NO LUCK.

RD=Receiving Date at DOL Office .
PD=Priority Date at MA SESA Office.

My lawyer is just not giving any information , may be he also doesn\'t have any. He is just saying processing is going on. Does he get any letter or information when SESA sends my case to DOL?

I know PD and case Number and I am trying to get RD, and that\'s what I am not getting.

I had same problem with my lawyer.I did a lot of search and find
this magical number 617-565-4446.You probably has the case number like
2001XXXX .you need to call thi snumber to check whether your Case is
at SESA or forwarded to DOL .If it is forwarded to DOL then they will
provide you with RD and new case number like 01310255.

Hi May10,

Call the above number and give the case number that you have and it let you know the status. If you don\'t have the case number then just give your employer telephone number and it will give you all the details.

I myself just had PD and got all numbers and status by calling this above number. Good Luck
 
My Priority date is June 10th, 2001. So is my case is MASS SESA or DOL ...

and how long does it take for an Approval for me. I am new to this chat board. Any answer is greatly appreciated.

Tax deduct for attorney fee

Hi friends

   Is any one know, whether we can get the tax deduction on
the fees paid to the attorney for Green card processing? (not
paid by the employer).

Nope!!!! You can only deduct fees for attorneys or taxadvisers or software used to prepare and maint

Call the 617 5652191 number and find out where you stand....Good Luck
 
Not true

I don\'t think it is entirely true. I think we can deduct the FEES it is to maintain the employement.
