Is this a daily email update?

I am new to this and trying to understand how all this works? My LC is just filed with DOL Boston. Do they have any regular email updates to which we can subscribe?

Please advise what this means?

Finally!

After almost 2 years, I finally saw some light. I was in the approved list on Thurs. Thank you all for supporting each other. It was a long haul and I kept quiet because I got tired of waiting. But we have to have faith and just do our best. Good luck and hang in there!

Could someone please guide me with this:
I want to change my lawyer, would this be a good time before filing I-140?

All attorneys are same as the whole processing depends on INS case handler. Do not try to change the lawyer unless she/he is not doing the proper documentation required by INS.

Good luck for 140, heard that it is faster
 
Help ! (finding the case number)

I\'m trying to find the status of my LC application.
I only have a letter from CT SESA confirming that the application was submited to DOL on May25,2001. No case number on it.
My lawyer claims he doesn\'t know either.

I do have the employer taxid and phone no.
I\'ve tried the (617) 565-2191 for the past 2 weeks, but it just rings...
Is it still the correct number ?

Is there any other way to find it out?

To get your case number you can send an email to LCSTATUS01@doleta.gov, this is an automatic response from Boston DOL.

In the body of the message type:

If an attorney says that he/she will take care of it and sits on it for 6 months without telling. . .
Then says sorry I had other cases to take care of?

WHY THE HECK ARE THEY SKIPPING OVER??????!!!!!!!!1

My RD at DOL is 05/17/01. So many are getting cleared AROUND my number, but every day, about 50-100 close to mine are not being reported. What is going on??????

Good Job, DOL and thank you updating rahul.
This information is very useful even though
we can do nothing, it works good for mentaly...

From the last monthly wize report, Jan 16th,
we reduced more than 200 applications. At
this rate, we will clear July application by
the end of March which is much better than
my expectation.

BTW, are you checking all the numbers for
Jan-July applications? If so, is it able
to expand to further more, say until Sep
cause I guess there might be some approval
in later 2001.
 
Micronman, there are still cases pending for march and a lot in april. So just have patience

Info needed pls...

Hi Guys, my company applied for my LC and we received a letter with Case# 200116*** & Priority Date: Nov 28, 2001. Here r my questions:
- Does this case number related to only SESA? Do we get a seperate case# like 01309**** from DOL later when my app passed thru SESA and received at DOL?

- WHen u talk about case# and PD in this tracker, are they seperate from SESA case# and SESA PD dates?
