It doesn\'t matter if the IIO finds out if you have a H1 transfer
in the works.
If you AOS has been pending for more than 180 days, before
you filed for the transfer then your fine.
My attorney is still hell bent on telling the INS I changed
jobs. I\'m hoping I\'ll get approved (very slim chance) in
the next week or so and this won\'t be an issue.
If I don\'t get approved, I will tell the INS and send
a nice letter to them from my new employer saying how
similar the new jobs are.
I think by filing the new employer letter AND the letter
saying your changing jobs, you reduce the risk of
an RFE.
