Please, I have a question concerning DV lottery visa. I have the original UK short birth certificate but don't have the long one due to misplacement. I also have a medical card record, a baptismal certificate, and a photocopy of the long birth certificate. Will it be accepted if I present all of them for the DV lottery visa interview?

There should be no issue getting a replacement long form birth certificate from the UK. DoS provides addresses here https://travel.state.gov/content/tr...Civil-Documents-by-Country/UnitedKingdom.html but you can probably also contact your local consulate if you are outside the UK. They won’t accept anything else, neither a short form nor any non official document.
