Hi,
I am applying for PR next week and my birth cert. is in another language. I am not sure if I should translate the front and back pages of my BC.
The back only contains records of immunization (which is pointless since I've already done the medical examination with the USCIS designated surgeon).
Should I just translate the front page? I'm asking because I don't want to get a RFE for the back page. Also, if anyone has had similar experiences, please share. I appreciate your help.
Also, would a monthly bank statement of my husband and my joint checking account suffice to indicate co-mingling of financial resources? I also plan to submit a health insurance policy covering him in my policy application form. We only got married last week, so the policy is in the approval process and I'm unsure how lengthy the process is. In addition, we plan to submit a lease showing our names.
Finally, my husband's employer is providing a letter verifying that my husband is his current employer and his expected income for 2007, nature of job, length of employment. However, since it's a family own store, the employer does not have any official letterhead stationary, is this okay? But it will have the employer's signature and address/phone. Should I submit the original form?
Thank you very much. Appreciate your assistance.
