Birth Certificate - Please Help

I have already applied for my 485 (ND-Sep01) and now realized my Birth Certificate is in Hindi and English!
The printed form is in Hindi but everthing filled inside (like
my name,parents name, religion etc etc) is in English.

Is this acceptable? Or Should I send a copy of a new Birth Certificate
ASAP to avoid a RFE

You should provide a translation ASAP. Send a copy of I485 receipt along with so that this translation is not misplaced...You can also wait till you get RFE to respond.
