Biometric Notice Received for VSC to TSC Tranffered case

Hi,

I received bi-metric notice letter from TSC today which was sent on 04/18/07.
As per the processing time of TSC recently published I think they are now starting the processing of my 485 that was filed in Sep.2005 at VSC.

Not sure this notice is due to case turn has now come for 485 processing OR due to VSC to TSC transfer.

Any idea?

i am in similar situation, where i case pending scince 2004, it was transfred to tsc and recieved Asc appoiment notice mailed at 4/19/2007 its code 1 ,do you know what diffarnnce between number of code??

To all those who have received the Biometric notices after case transferral from VSC to TSC, are your I-485 dates current for Processing?
or you have received these notices after the lapsing of the earlier Fingerprints ??

FP Question

I only receive the 2nd FP notice. Haven't get one for my wife yet.

My questions are:

1)Should I take my wife along with me with her I-485 receipt and proof of IDs.

2)Should her wait until notice arrival? or USCIS customer service??

Please advice. Any insight would be appreciated.

-------------nothing wrong, you can try but officer may not take her FP prints withour her FP notice
