HELLO I WAS STUDENT AT ONE SCHOOL BUT I TURNED MY COUNTRY BEFORE ONE SEMESTER FINISHED.I MAILED THEM AFTER WHILE AND THEY REPLIED ME AS THIS...

Dear Mustafa:

We are glad to hear that you’d like to return to the US and study at XXX in the summer semester. However, your F-1 status was automatically terminated in SEVIS when you returned home to Turkey and therefore failed to register as an onsite student for the Spring 2009 semester.

If you reapplied for an F-1 Visa for the Summer 2009 semester only and then return to Turkey, your active F-1 status would be terminated again. Judy suggests that instead of reapplying for an F-1 Visa, you should instead apply for a B-1 (Visitor) Visa if you plan to come for the Summer 2009 semester only, because an individual on a B-1 Visa can study for 3-6 months. You would then be able to return home to work, and come back to the US on a B-1 Visa to study, if you wanted. For example, you could take 3 courses each summer at XXX on a B-1 Visa.

Sincerely,

CAN I BE STUDENT WITH B2 VISA IN USA FOR THREE MONTHS...

THANK YOU...
