Hello IBM 101

My last updated date was 6/3 which was the day that my lawyer contacted the CSC to find out that "my case was with an IIO as of 5/24" whatever that means (hopefully not too close to the shredder ;-)

Yes, I am a EB1 OR case...

Previous updates look a lot like yours except the last date is still 6/3. Maybe you are close now.

Becky, just curious! Are you expecting an RFE for some reason? Because of AC21 or medical etc., If yours is a straight forward case, it should be approved soon.

I have been worksing with the same sponsor since 1996 and living
in same address since Labor started.. where can u find a simpler case than mine. Those morons looking at our files don't have a clue at all...
I am almost reached my 40 quarters of Soc Sec contribution...
why should I need a employer sponsor anymore!!!

Wish Rajeev jee had added my case in the Class Action law suite!!!

I've worked for the same company for the entire process (I140 and I485) and I suppose I'm not expecting an RFE. Lately though, I've been really hoping for an approval and the wait is really getting to me ...

me 2 with the same company for the entire process...will complete 4 yrs in this November...............expect no RFE but who knows the dysregulated dopamine levels of BCIs officials may force them to do so. :( :mad:
 
My friend recently got an RFE. he was with the same company for all
the years of waiting for his case to be touched.

I guess they are back in business of sending RFEs these days as I see from
some of my reports.

Must be which company you work for. They must look at that company
and send RFE.

Or it might be certain jumpy officers who still don't get the point of official
memo.
 
Either they look for company names and smaller companies get RFEs. Or probably different IIOs work differently (different working style!!!!??) :) This is another thing that is unfair going on in BCIS. How can you treat one case different than the other just because they are handled by different IIOs.
And this touch dates are adding to the stress. Because they give you some information but holding back lot of it - We end up assuming, hoping that something is gonna happen since touch date changed. Earlier it was better.

I'm 02-129. So, I'm kinda tracking yours....:)

My updated dates are as :
4/8...5/26....6/2...6/9.... No change in status at all.

I think dumbo got approved some time recently probably last week or the week before if I am not mistaken.

My LUDs: 5/4, 6/3 & /6/7 sent a fax on May 27th

yup! this year in November I complete 4 years with the same employer.

Just spoke to the sec. @ Lawyers' office:
They need:

1. EVL
2. W2 ('01,02,03)
3. Tax return copies
4. 3 recent pay stubs
5. TB skin test
6. Supplemental form--health related (do not know yet but will see once I get a copy of RFE)
7. Ability of the employer to pay.

I think they asked for everything on earth? Lets see...waiting to get documents from BCIS or lawyer..

Is yours a small company or is it IBM? :) Why should they ask ability of the employer to Pay!! What is the size of your company?

Also, did you not complete your med. tests earlier?
