My LUD is still 6/3 when my lawyer contacted the INS to learn that my case was with an IIO as of 5/24 ...

I did submit my medical when I did the I485 so I at least hope to avoid an RFE on that count.

Sorry to hear that you're being asked for that medical stuff again. I went to a very strange place for mine... they didn't bother with the skin test, just took chest x-rays straight away, which was their policy. I had a friend whose medical took weeks, mine took three days to clear.

This is one thing i dont understand. This is generally raised at 140 level and they raise all sorts of questions. Basicaly 485 is geared towards the candidate and not the company.
Weird are the ways of USCIS!!!

I am sorry Becky...chest X- Ray is nothing to them. I also did chest X-ray but they want a skin TB test. Anyways! what needs to be done needs to be done....correct???

I am waiting for the documents (RFE) which are either with the lawyer or on its way to me.

I wish this ordeal comes to an end for me... (11 yrs in US)...F1-H1-GC...a long journey..... I wish good luck comes to everyone.

That was lucky for you. The TB test causes extreme irritation and big red bumps on your hand. And if the bump is over a certain size, they ask you to go for a chest X-ray for verification in any case. And it is the result of this x-ray that is reported. So you were lucky to miss the icky part! :)
 
If you had a positive skin test before, then just chest xray should be fine. Atleast in my case it was fine. I only submitted chest Xray. No problem. My I-485 got recently approved. The doctor had asked me if I had ever been positive and I think he did write it down in the medical form.
