BEC Priority Date Tracker

I'd like to put my info to the tracker.

Washington, EB2-RIR
PD: Feb 2004
45 day letter: July 2006
ETA: D-05192-XXXXX
status: IP

I queried 100 eta numbers close to mine and got 38 cases of IP, 33 cases of certified and 3 cases of data review. Others are withdraw/close/nomatch.

So I guess there will be more waiting.

How long case stays in "IN PROCESS", before it is CERTIFIED ?

Thanks for your great job about below analysis. Question, is there a way to find based on past trend, as to how long case stays in "IN PROCESS", before it is CERTIFIED ?

Here is the data for ~last week (since I was collecting data during this time this is not the exact numbers). But you can get the idea how many cases were processed and what type of decisions were made. I am only listing the ones with changes.

As you can see the cases were mostly certified or withdrown. I think the withdrowals happened mostly from the beggining of communication between BECs and perm and there will be less of those cases in future.

Some cases were closed - I guess they still wait for 45 days letters. Some were denied.
It is interesting to see that there is on case that got from denied to in process - it means that denial can be reversed. We knew that closed cases can be reinstated and we see it - there are 10 cases like that.
It is interesting to see that there are cases that go from Data Review to In Process and vice versa. My guess is that the dataflow can be like this:
Data Review - In Process - Data Review - In Process - Certified . I'll need to gather more data to see if it is the case.

Million Dollar question ! If you happen to know this, please let us know. Actually you can sell the formula and there are thousands of people here who can pay good amount of money for this too :) :) :) No formulas buddy.
 
My labor got certified - FINALLY :)

Today was a lucky day for me - Finally, yes finally - my labor got certified.

I got an NOF regarding salary couple of weeks earlier - but my employer replied with agreeing to pay the required salary -

I am so happy...

NOF-Intend to Deny

Just heard from my laywer that they received A "NOF-Intend to Deny" regarding prevailing wage.

Keep my finger crossed that everything will be fine after response to the NOF.

Co-worker is CERTIFIED

My co-worker "v_k_AK" has received certification.
Details:
RIR/EB3
Connecticut (never made it to regional)
Priority date - Apr 8, 2004
45-days letter date - May 8, 2006
Case # - P-05153-xxxxx
CERTIFICATION DATE: Nov 14

You can add it to the tracker using id "v_k_AK" - he is not registered on this forum. Please do not wipe out my record "v_k" - it is still valid :)

P.S. his priority date is almost 1 year after mine - and I'm still waiting. Is there any justice in this broken system? Is there anyone else who was transferred to PBEC from Boston DOL and still waiting?

Guys I had checked the status between D-05004-09001 To D-05004-09410
out of tht 53 are in In Process Status and others are either certified, denied, N/A, Withdrawn or closed.

45-day Letter returned - 23 Feb 2005

2/10/2006 NOF: Notice of Findings received ( Over qualification)

3/17/2006 NOF Rebuttal submitted to BEC

The status shows "IN Process".

Was wondering if anyone has the similar pending time. especially 8 months after NOF

Are they processing 277~ cases a week?

From roma77's post a few days ago there are 55745 IP cases in DBEC, and about 277 cases being worked on in that week. so taking 300 cases a week it will take 200 weeks to process all the IP cases, that's 4 years!

Am I missing anything? I started to get worried :(

While opening the file, it shows error: "Data File Lost". The excel opens but some of the information is lost like graphs. Could you verify?
