My PD is 9/15/2003 and it is in philly BEC. does anyone know if cases after my PD are getting approved mean that BEC has skipped my case or that just how BEC approving cases

MDwatch Correction of my case

MDwatch, Thanks for the wonderful work. I just got a screen shot of my case from PBEC and I should correct the priority information of my case: My case received date is the same with my priority date, don't know why. But it is what it is shown in the screen shot. My screen shot shows that all the fields are populated. But there is no case status field, don't know why?

heresmine, mine is also PD Nov first week, 2003 from CT. Hope you remember once before you posted about 45 days letter and I could find out mine was also received 45 days letter in same mon Dec 2005.
Can you please tell me when your case was certfied. Mine is still shows in IN Process. I can guess that way. Because my no. also starts with P-05143-XXXXX.

As far as I know, it was certified on 10/20/06. I checked online in the morning and it was in process, I checked again later in the day and it was certified. Now if only I had an H1B in hand...

Do you mind to share the next 3 digits of the your number 'P-05143-???**'. Mine first five letters are same and it will help to guess may little bit, though I know, you can not guess here.

Update on my Labor

Since I received a screen shot from PBEC, I have a few more details on my case. Please update my info in the BEC tracker. No good news to report though - 2002 and still waiting. The last update I had from my company attorney was in August'06 where they indicated that my case was assigned to an officer at PBEC and will be cleared within 2-4 months. Anyone in 2002 like me and still waiting? Does writing to big shots help? Suggestions welcome.
