Normally you should get screen shot on the same day. May be you can send one more request to h1b7yr@dal.dflc.us

Try with H1B7YR@PHI.DFLC.US , some time it works.

Also try info@DAL.DFLC.US

FYI ..my case was approved on 6/2/06. It took almost a month for letter to come to my lawyer. Thought of sharing with you.

Virginia Labor Cases

I notice that most cases from Virginia filed before 1/24/03 have been certified. However, there have been a handful which still aren't certified. One of them is mine. I just want to check if the others are also in the same boat as me (being one of the unlucky ones) or is it a case of already certified but not updated this forum. I will appreciate if you can confirm on this forum.

Update....

Minor correction to my info in spreadsheet. My priority date is Jan 06, 2003. It is listed in the tracker as Jan 01, 2003.

Also in the past I had read that when you request a screenshot for a 7th year extension you would get a response that included your case status, i.e. Closed, Processing or Ceritied. The screenshot I got does not have this information. Needed to ask the gurus in this forum if there is anything in particular to look for in the screenshot that gives you the status. Looking at the current trend of approvals I am hoping that I will be next in line....

For those of you trying to track the response time for H1B7YR@PHI.DFLC.US, I got a response within 15 minutes. Sent the e-mail from my work e-mail at 11.19 on a wednesday and got a response at 11.34 the same day.

Thanks to all those helping maintain the tracker.
 
Still Waiting for Approval :(

Supervisor called the 202 # on friday and found out that the case has been assigned to analyst. Lawyer got a screen shot on monday ... all the fields are populated. Hoping for good news .. soon. :)
 
Confuston on Priority Date

I would appreciate any advice on this one. I have a pending case:

I responded to a letter recieved and made a correction on my application.
The latest screen shot now shows.

Status: Data Review

Does anyone have any idea if the priority data should have been changed? I am concerned that I may have to wait a few more years now until they decide to work on my case again.
