LC has been approved!

Hello All,

Finally I have received mail from immigration attorney saying my LC has been approved! After waiting for more than 4 years, finally my labor got approved. I hope and pray everyone should get their LC approved very soon (I wish in a month, because I can't take any more)

This forum had been a great support and I am very addicted to this forum.

Tracker gets updated once a week. Thanks for your patience until friday.

21 approvals at PBEC since last update,
4 at DBEC.

I have been coming to this website for a long time. My wife finally got her 45 days dated Jun 20, 2006. She got it in her office today. I called the person that is doing this for her and find out that they have not received it yet. Her priory date is Aug 2004, RIR, EB3.

Her ETA number is now a D instead of a T. The number stays the same. There are correction list that need to be taken care off. I was told by the office taking care of her labor cert., not to worry. they will take care of it. How in the world can I not be worried after waiting for more than 2 yrs for the 45 days letter and labor cert. I hope this help someone.

No I haven't yet. They will come on top of the 21 I have already mentionned.

Actually, some of them were already in our tracker.

I feel Philly BEC has been doing an awesome job for the past three months or so. If they continue at this pace, I feel PBEC approvals will outnumber DBEC approvals in the near future. :)

Hey guys (MDWatch ,JW and experts) ,
My 7th year visa is expiring in Nov 06. My company is in trouble finacially . somone may buy it and I might have to leave the company . I might get a new employer . how the transfer and extension will work on that case ?. This is very tough puzzle . any idea guys ? your help is very appriciated. any one can suggest the lawyer or someone who can handle this thing.. or i am totally screwd ?
 
Retain the old LC application...

This is what you can do. If your current company does not cancel your LC application, you can get your H1B transferred and extended for the new employer based on the previous company's LC. One of my friend did this and there was no problem. Just make sure that you have screenshot and your old company does not cancel your LC(atleast till your H1 is extended). Also, even if they are not cancelling you LC, apply in PERM with the new company ASAP.

Looks like the jun 30th deadline to send out 45 DL's is strictly being adhered to.
