Update: Just received my 45 day letter from DBEC.

That is the sum of the progress so far.

Labor Approved

I have been watching this forum for quite sometime and have gained tremendous information from all the posts. My labor (PD Sept 2002, RIR , EB3) was approved yesterday . It looks like they are processing Aug/Sept cases. Some ppl in my company around the same PD's have recieved approvals too. Hang in there guys there is hope ... Time to vent my frustration on the I-140/485 bulletien boards now..

i got a letter from dallas bec indicating my lc has been certified, and the letter was dated apr 28, but my lawyer said they have not received the certified copy yet. it's been almost two weeks now, is that normal that it is taking so long for the certified copy to be sent out? thanks

when did u receive this letter? congrats. what is ur PD? SWA or went to regional? hen did u receive the 45 days letter and when u replied back?

It's my turn to say that I have received the 45-day letter.
I am not sure when the letter was received but my attorney will reply today or tomorrow. My details are in my signature.

I am new to the forum.

Does anyone know what details one needs to track one's application at the back log center. i'm told that there is no tracking system with labor certs. is that true?

my green card application was filed in Feb 2003-RIR-EB2 and my case is with the philadelphia backlog center. would anyone be able to tell me when approx. I should expect the labor to come through?

Would appreciate any info.

If you provide all that, the probability of accuracy increases :)
