My case did not go to regional .i think now we are seeing non regional case. it took long 3 year to get 45 days letter who knows how long it will take to process it . DOL has stated somewhere that they will eliminate all backlog cases in nxt 18 months.. lets hope for the best .

hello everyone,
My labor got approved recently
eb2, pd april 2004
Can sometime tell me how many days it takes for the lawyer to receive the certified labor approval documents so that we can file the I-140. Because its been 2 weeks but my lawyer has not received the packet. I only got the approval letter.

Been a silent reader on this board for a long time. I finally received my LC approval this week after 4.5 years. Got the letter from my company lawyer but I didn't received at home. My case info is below.

4.5 of years for the first stage?... it gives me shudders. if there is some order in processing we can wait but not knowing when our applications will be picked is what is driving people to nuts.
 
Is there any way to contact DBEC. If I'll call those guys what will happen? any idea? anyone did this?

It is not my approval. It is the approval of another user called MD_123

Worksite change

I need help from the expert. I still have not got my 45 days letter yet. My worksite location has changed to another place which is 5 miles away. I'm still working for the same company and doing the same thing. The new place is in the same city and county. Can someone tell me what I need to do?
