Finally received notice that my application is in the Dallas BEC...after 9 months of waiting. Still no 45 day letter.

LC for EB1 ?

I thought a LC is not required for a EB1 !!

Updated Tracker

Hello all. This is the last time I will update the tracker. I hope lots of you found it useful. It has been actually 1 year since I created the consolidated tracker. I am in the process of looking for a new job and need to focus my attention there. I will still visit the forum, of course.
